Peruvian cuisine is bursting with flavours of spice and contrast. One of their must try dishes is Ceviche which is their national dish of fish with olives and chilies. Lomo Saltado is one their most popular meat dishes, and finally Rocoto Relleno (stuffed spicy peppers).

Peru hasn’t had a tough history, apart from its time going through dictatorship and the civilian government. In the very beginning Peru was part of the Incan Empire.
