Best Time to Visit
The best time to visit Cancun is between December and April as this is peak season and the weather is near perfect with hot temperatures all day long. However, mid-March and early-April is probably best avoided as this is spring break season and not the best time for holiday goers. Temperatures all year round are between 20 and 30 degrees.
Cuisine
Mexican cuisine consists of lots of foods and flavours with spice and heat. Many Mexican foods that you can find in Cancun are Taco’s, Fajitas, beans and peppers. However, because of where they are in Mexico, they also take foods from the Caribbean so they have dishes like, Panuchos, Cochinita, seafood and Churros.
History and Cuisine
Cancun doesn’t have a big history as it’s not actually that old. It was in the 70s when the former president wanted to build a place that would become a place for tourists to visit, which is why all of the hotels, bar, restaurants and shops are all near each other.The culture of Cancun is very much like the rest of the Mexican culture and the people are very festive and strongly stick to their traditions as they also have celebrations throughout the year.
